Today I woke up and as usual lay in my bed till I couldn’t stand it anymore. And surprisingly, when I got out of bed and looked at the clock it said 09:37
! Incredible! I’m not used to seeing anything below 12:00. Yesterday also, I had gone to bed around 12:30 and woke up around 5:30. At first I felt sharp, but after a while my eyes started to give in… of course during the lecture (it went to that point that, during the break while I was sleeping with my head on the table, I was actually scared I’d start snoring
!).
I woke up with pain all over my body. Muscle soreness… from the workouts on Tuesday and yesterday. I don’t have any painkillers at home, so I’m thinking maybe I should simply skip the workout today. What I’m missing is a group session of Zumba. It feels a bit better now… I think… I guess I’ll figure out once I get up from this chair
. I better feel better… considering I have to get rid of all this clutter in my room… ugh…
I always find it difficult to give posts a title. I’m no good at this.
However, since past few days I’m also having a hard time finding relevance between your title and actual post.
